International Weightlifting Federation is organizing the IWF World Championships 2018 in association with the Turkmenistan Weightlifting Federation this year. Ashgabat, the capital city of Turkmenistan, will host the biggest event of weightlifting this year from 1st to 10th November. The opening and closing ceremony of the event will be hosted at the main indoor arena of the Ashgabat Olympic complex. However, the main event will take place at the Martial Arts Arena located in the south of the complex.
Visitors can enjoy the opening ceremony of the IWF World Championships 2018 on 1st November 2018 Thursday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM local time. Besides, they can also enjoy the closing ceremony on 10th November 2018 Saturday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
15000 tickets are available for the opening and closing ceremony hosted at the main indoor arena. And, 5000 tickets are available for the event of each category at the Martial Arts Arena.
