Trump vs Google, Facebook and Twitter; Who Will Win?

The US President ain’t coming slow and it seems he has voiced up against all the tech giants, controlling much of the online population. Exactly a day after his comments about Google being biased towards him and showing the negative image of his in search results when searched ‘Trump News’ at their search engine, Mr President has warned Facebook, Twitter and Google with saying that they need to be careful. Backing his comments, he told that 96% of the news stories in the search list of Google are of liberal and leftwing news outlets, which he somehow called ‘Fake Media News’.

It should be noted here that no evidence was provided by Trump or any of his spokesperson about his shocking comments about Google. The US President was of the view that Google has deliberately pushed all the positive news stories about him and that gives a negative image of his globally. On the other hand, Google has set certain algorithms for the news stories ranking, which are only known to them. Moreover, the Google authorities have responded to Trump’s claims and as expected they have negated all such accusations straight-forwardly. The statement issued by Google in this regard reads: “We never rank search results to manipulate political sentiment.”

Talking about Trump’s comments coming after alleging Google, he the very next morning said that Google has exploited people and that counts as some serious charge. At the same time, he warned Google, Facebook and Twitter by saying that they really need to be careful as this is not something they are there to do with people.

Moreover, he also claimed that: “we have literally thousands and thousands of complaints coming in. … So I think that Google and Twitter and Facebook, they’re really treading on very, very troubled territory and they have to be careful.”

With all these comments coming and earlier Trump asserting that what Google did needs to be addressed, it isn’t sure what’s actually coming next.  Trump can use Alex Jones’ banning as one of his evidence as the conspiracy theorist was banned on various online platforms earlier this month.
