Butter, Cheese good for the heart and can also help weight loss: Research

In a world where 30% of the entire population is victim to obesity, the new researches coming about the hazards of fats and the weight loss programs is nothing new. Over the years, fats were actually known as the real culprit behind the severe health issues like Heart Stroke and Obesity, which may raise multiple issues within the body. But now things have been changing a bit especially about the weight loss programs; with all thanks to diet plans like Atkins and Keto.

The latest study, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition actually tells the story about fats, or better to call them dairy fats as the researchers were of the views that they have nothing to be done with the rising Health issues like Heart attack and Heat Stroke. The latest finding also unveils that some specific types of dairy fats can actually be an antagonist to the severe type f, Hearts Stokes. “Our findings not only support but also significantly strengthen, the growing body of evidence which suggests that dairy fat, contrary to popular belief, does not increase the risk of heart disease or overall mortality in older adults,” said Marcia Otto, assistant professor at the University of Texas in the US.

Throughout the years ‘no to fats’ has been a slogan to make sure your cure against health issues and obesity but now things have been changing by far as the sense of good and bad fats is actually devolving among the foodies across the globe. The recent study asserts that dairy fats, which includes foods like full-fat milk, butter and cheese are of no harm to your heart; what they made more of the revelation is there specific type can actually work out as a  shield against the Heart Strokes.

It will be pertinent to be mentioned here that trans fat and animal fat are the types of fat that can increase the cardiac issues. People had the same though for the dairy fats and that led them to prefer low- fat milk butter and cheese, but the latest study better clarifies what is actually good and what is bad for the health
