The wunderkind Mbappe has carried on with his red-hot form and so his teams PSG has continued with extending the lead on the top of Ligue 1 tables with 100 per cent results so far. With defeating Nimes on Saturday and adding three more points to their account, but something happened which actually marred all this celebration. The young star Mbappe of table toppers at Ligue 1 was handed the red card over shoving Nimes’ Teji Savanier. What’s worrying to the situation is the French rising star would miss the upcoming matches that could even include PSG’s start at Champions League as well.

The response of the World Cup winner was as unique as he is himself; he wasn’t apologetic about that at all as he responded saying “No, no, no,” when asked about do he think he responded unfairly. “If I had to do it again, I would and I would apologise to all the supporters and to everyone. “I cannot tolerate that sort of gesture, it doesn’t belong on a football field. It wouldn’t be a problem if he intended to play the ball, but he made no attempt to play the ball, we all saw it,” he further went on adding.

Before the sendoff, Mbappe already did the real damage with netting the ball and making it 3-2 in the favour of PSG. The rising star who is only 19-years of age and is said to be the world’s best in coming years was on top gear in this came when it comes to aggression, he was even calmed down by the teammate  Neymar for being angry over hosts committing too many fouls.

The first half of the game was all about PSG striking as Neymar and Di Maria pushed Nimes to the wall by scoring 2 goals respectively in the first half. Responding to that, Nimes gave some reason for the home crowd to joy with netting goals back, one of the penalty with all thanks to VAR technology. The flamboyant star Mbappe made PSG lead 3-2 and then Cavani added 4th in the injury time making it 4-2.
