Mohamed Salah Wins Liverpool Goal of the Month Award

Mohamed Salah continues to impress crowds at Anfield with his amazing performances. The Egyptian superstar has won the goal of the month award of Liverpool for the month of August. He won the award for his brilliant goal against Brighton.

The other contenders for the award were Sadio Mane’s goal against Crystal Palace which came at number 5, Salah’s goal against West Ham which came at number 4, Alberto Moreno’s strike against Napoli at number 3, and Salah’s goal against Napoli at number 2.

Mohamed Salah was fantastic previous season scoring 44 goals in 52 matches in all competitions. He has started the new season with a similar form and has scored 2 goals in 4 matches so far.

Salah will be hoping to continue his tremendous form after the International break when he rejoins Liverpool. Currently the striker is away for Egypts upcoming fixture. Salah not only continues to inspire Liverpool to numerous victories, he was also the key behind Egypts much needed revival to the World Cup. Much is expected of him for his country during the International Break as well.

Mohamed Salah will play his next Liverpool match on 15th September when Liverpool will play at Wembley, against Tottenham Hotspur. Recently, Mohamed Salah has also been shortlisted in the final 3 of Fifa Men’s Player of the Year Award.
