Right after a shocking 1-0 defeat against Bologna in a Serie A match this Sunday, Inter Milan coach Luciano Spalletti insists that he retains full support from his squad. It is the third consecutive Serie A match under his guidance where Inter Milan not only just failed to secure any win but also failed to even score a single goal.
On the other hand, Federico Santander secured the win for Bologna after Sinisa Mihajlovic took the charge of team recently. However, Luciano Spalletti is quite convinced that he can alter the situation for Inter Milan, although a part of the San Siro stadium jeered him during Sunday’s game. It is now clear that he is losing the home support.

While talking about their third consecutive match without any goal, Inter Milan manager Luciano Spalletti said “The team is with me and as far as I’m concerned, I don’t have any issues there,” and then added “We created problems for ourselves today. Even when we should’ve been comfortable or were in a position to score.”
The Inter Milan coach said “You then lose confidence in your own ability and if the level of insecurity grows, you start to make mistakes, while the opposition can score.” He then expressed his trust on the Nerazzurri squad and said “It takes a strong character to react, and we must improve on this.”
He said “Every time we fall beneath the standards that we’ve set, we even make the most basic of errors,” and then added “The football wasn’t fluid but we still had three clear chances to take the lead. At times, one chance would’ve been enough but we didn’t manage to score and then you start trying to force it too much.”
The manager also talked about the response from his home support and said “Whistles don’t change anything in my attitude,” and then added, “The fans deserve better, because this is Inter.” While talking about his future plan for the squad he added, “Serious responses are needed with what we do on the pitch and how we think.”
