Is Kylian Mbappe set for a move from PSG to Real Madrid? France’s World Cup winner reveals

July 16, 2018 by Rana Hamza

The terms like wonder kid, prodigy and rising star are insufficient to stand for the exponential talent of Kylian Mbappe. Pronounced as a talent out of the world, the French teenager is a superb amalgamation of brute force and accuracy. He didn’t only prove this with his mighty performances at Ligue 1 for PSG, he did even better in the World Cup with playing a significant role in France being crowned as the Champions.  The French hunk stood tall as the joint second highest goal scorer at the mega-event, with netting the ball 4 times in the World Cup. What makes him an unbelievable talent on the board is, he is only 19 and is taken as the serious challenger of the GOAT in the football history.

Mbappe on Sunday final became the second teenage after Pele to score in the World Cup Finals. It wasn’t the first time he defied the goalkeeper, this one marked his fourth goal of the most anticipated event of the football world. Prior to that, his two goals against Argentina made France stand victorious. For his all his heroics at World Cup, the French star was awarded FIFA Young Player Award.

Amid all these achievements Mbappe is linked up with various bigwig clubs including Real Madrid. These rumours were very much in the air as many were of the view that this young man would be most wanted in Madrid after Ronaldo’s departure.  Negating all the stories about his move from PSG to Real Madrid, Mbappe told the reporters he would be alright playing with the Ligue 1 side as of now.

“I will stay with PSG, continuing on my path with them,” Mbappe told reporters.

“I am at the beginning of my career.”
