Dead Dead Demon’s Dededededestruction Manga Is Returning From Haitus In December

On Monday, Manga creator Inio Asano revealed on his Twitter account that from December he will continue his Dead Dead Demon’s Dededededestruction manga which went on the hiatus in February. Asano also shared a manga illustration from his storyboard. The manga also previously gone on hiatus and returns from hiatus in November 2017.

Plot:

“A large spaceship appeared over Tokyo three years before the story starts. A one-sided war against the seemingly harmless aliens ensues sparking controversy and pacifism. Despite this unique and tragic event, high school girls Koyama Kadode and Nakagawa Ouran behave as if nothing has changed. They live their days like they always have. The focus of this story is not the alien invasion, but human nature, dialogue, growing up, and life.”

Dead Dead Demon’s Dededede Destruction is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Inio Asano focusing on two high school girls who struggle with the monotonous life after a spaceship had descended on Japan.

The manga is being serialized in Shogakukan’s seinen manga magazine Big Comic Spirits since April 2014. The series has gone on hiatus multiple times. Shogakukan has collected the chapters of the manga into six tankōbon volumes as of November 2017. The manga’s tentative title was Honobono Fūfu (Tender-hearted Couple).
