Everyone had one of those times in life when something is going terribly wrong. Whether you’re falling down a flight of stairs in front of an enormous crowd of individuals, dropping your little sibling on their heads, accidentally spilling a whole tray of beverages on an unsuspecting client, or having an unfortunate run-in with a wild animal, you’re experiencing it, it’s terrible, but fortunately, you’re moving past it and rarely have to think about it again (except for those dark evenings where you’re caught). But what if those moments are miraculously captured on film and you are forced to repeatedly revisit them? While it’s a rare event, it’s really a beauty thing when it occurs.
The following 30 pictures were captured at the correct moment, and the findings are impressive.
Eye- patch wearer of future
I expect this to happen every time I open a bottle of champagne or stand near a person opening a bottle of champagne, so this photo doesn’t surprise me at all.
Is it me, or does this picture make the statue come to life and try to squash this bad kid by stepping on it? This is also unrelated, but how does this child look like a dapper? He’s the fedora rocking!
Non photoshopped picture
Although it’s hard to believe, this isn’t actually two distinct pictures spliced together, but the outcome of what happens when a flash starts to take an image halfway. Crazy, right?
Pro tip: Never point to a duck with an appendage you want to maintain. The hard way I’ve learned this.
“Man, it’s a delicious ice cream. I believe I’m going to take a fast picture before I dig I NO!!!
Remember this image the next time you walk into the forest waiting to channel your internal Snow White.
Is it really worth the risk of rabies?
I don’t understand how this man got into this precarious position, but he adds something unique to a boring and normal photograph of the wedding.
This one belongs to the chimney above.
No, actually, this woman isn’t a demon. She just has a shimmering eye makeup and has chosen to blink the at incorrect moment.
However, it’s still awkward.
My favorite aspect of this photograph is the woman’s completely pleasant facial expression watching calmly as the hair of her coworker is on fire.
She probably doesn’t understand it yet, but I like to believe she knew precisely what was going on and it was her bad plot to snag the promotion of Carol.
It’s a stretchy frog!
Probably from this short interaction this man still managed to contract warts.
Oof! That has to be harmed.
This picture reflects me completely as a dog
Some of you, when you were a child, did not have a sibling-induced injury that resulted in, and it demonstrates. That’s why I can only remember about 15% of my childhood.
Isn’t this the exact purpose of Uncles?
Are you always bringing the fun and the danger of an ER journey?
I’m sorry, but it’s amazing.
Sure, they look like they can tear off my arm, but I’d still pay any quantity of cash to give them both belly rubs.
Well-timed thumbs up
This photograph is a gold comedy. A sarcastic thumb up is hard to perfect, so definitely this child is ahead of his moment.
Who, when trying to pop bubbles, wasn’t in the same condition? On her mid-air face you can see the deep regret.
Both these two doggos have the phrase “oh, crap” on their faces. Am I the only one who wants to see the picture taken right after this showing the two animals alive and well?
Before and after
This bad man, this bad man. I’m sure every time he sees this picture, he revives this pain.
This picture is directly from a cartoon. How did he get to that situation? It defies physics legislation!
This image allows this man to see what he would look like with a mohawk without having to dive into the salon. Here is the hope that he will wisely use this data.
Calmness before the storm
Immediately before getting struck in the face with a cup of what I can only hope to be water, the pleasant expression on this woman’s face makes this picture so heartbreaking
If only she had this inkling about a minute ago, it would have saved this bad, innocent product.
Hysterical bit of history
This must be one of my all-time favourite pictures. So much is going on right here: the naive person dropping his cup in the stands, the contents of that cup falling completely on the head of the ball player, the man attempting to safeguard his spouse from a foul ball … it’s just magic.
It was lost all that effort. Hopefully there was a dog to take advantage of this blunder.
This skim-boarding brother”Take a photo of the child, Beth! What is it? Drowning in the context of somebody?”
Okay, it’s just cool this one. A lizard must be one of the best choices out there if you’re going to be photobombed by anything.
An unforeseen head
This looks like the start of a horror / sci-fi film where an evil android rises from the ocean to kill all mankind. Actually, I’m going to write that film completely now. Do not steal my concept, please.
Hugh Jackman: The kind of dad who’s not going to hesitate to throw a snowball at this little girl while turning her back. What would this inexpensive shot believe of Wolverine?!
High-flying hot dogs
This lovely photograph is so flawless it looks photo shopped. This man may still feel that slimy, lame dog slapping him in the face years later
An action shot
“Get the seats on the ground,” he said. “You feel like you’re really part of the action,” he said.
