Hahndorf’s First Ever Cat Cafe Will Leave You Feline Fine

May 13, 2019 by Syed Qasim

Calling all cat lovers of Adelaide, we are excited to say a new cat cafe has recently opened its doors in Hahndorf.

Its grand opening took place earlier this week, so now Katze of Hahndorf is your next go-to destination to meet and hang with some cute, furry felines.

You can spend up to an hour enjoying the company of 10 beautiful cats who are looked after in a comfortable environment, ranging from a few months to 3 years old. The cats that reside at the cafe are amongst those who have been rescued or taken from the RSPCA.

Owner of Katze of Hahndorf, Jayne, says her main goal of the cafe is to have those who come in leave feeling good and happy after being around the cats.

“If you’re having a bad day, there is nothing that makes you feel much  brighter than spending time with any animal,” she says.

The cost of visiting the Katze of Hahdorf is $10 per child and $12 per adult in which visitors are given a cup of coffee/tea upon arrival.

ayne says that she is looking to bring in bubble tea once the business gains more traction – so that is definitely something to look forward to.

The Katze of Hahndorf is located at 32 Main Street, Hahndorf and is open 7 days a week from 10am until 5pm.
